Painted hands

Hungary 2024

SU Hungary are looking for 25-30 English-speaking volunteers to help run two holiday clubs for 7 to 13-year-olds this summer.

Week 1: 29 June - 6 July
Week 2: 6 - 13 July

With a population of around 10 million, Hungary is an exciting country to visit. Budapest, its capital on the River Danube, is a beautiful city which has many tourist attractions. In the last century Hungary was part of the Warsaw Pact – the communist dominated countries of Eastern/Central Europe but has emerged since the 1990’s into a thriving democracy with significant opportunities for cross-cultural mission.

Volunteers will help with practical tasks so that the holiday clubs run smoothly as well as teach conversational English, Bible stories and songs.

Applications are now open. Please ensure that you are logged into your 'My SU' account before beginning your application.
