DiaryofaDisciple

Imagine if every 10 year old child in your community had the chance to read the gospel of Luke!

This is our vision for the north west. We love to see children and young people engaging with God and getting excited about the Bible!

One exciting project we have developed is a 90 minute workshop to enable Year 5 students to engage with the Bible and learn more about Jesus in a fun, creative and relevant way.

These workshops are based on the book Diary of a Disciple, a contemporary retelling of Luke's Gospel and include drama, craft, quiz and puzzles.

It has been so encouraging to see students engrossed in Luke's Gospel and eager to learn more. One student even commented that Diary of a Disciple would definitely be added to his birthday list this year!

In the north west we can support 150 workshops by giving each child a mini edition of the book to take home and by gifting each school with a new hardback copy for their school library.

We’ve now also got a FREE resource to download for use with Key Stage 2 children in schools so you can run these workshops for yourself.

Do you know a school who would love a Diary of a Disciple workshop?

Please get in touch with the team and let’s get started!
