Meet the schools team
Development worker (schools) - North East and Yorkshire Region
Having been a secondary school teacher for 10 years, I am aware of the opportunities and challenges that exist for churches to connect with local schools. Therefore, I am keen to support churches as they create or develop these connections. I am able to offer training, ideas, resources and advice. I am passionate about equipping young people to live for God at school and to be confident followers of Jesus in their places of study.
Development Worker (Schools), Scripture Union England and Wales
My passion is for every child and young person from all backgrounds to be able to connect with Jesus. I really believe that in partnering together we can create more opportunities for children and young people in schools and communities to hear about Jesus and respond to him.
Development Worker (Schools)
I love seeing children and young people, who don't yet know Jesus, hear about his good news and how it can transform their lives. My background in teaching, and a love for the outdoors in North Devon where I live, gives me many opportunities to use my skills to engage children and young people in exploring the difference that Jesus can make.
Development worker (schools)
I am passionate about seeing children and young people encountering God and stepping into their true identity in Him. I am excited to see how God is using Scripture Union and to see what God is going to do in the lives of children and young people across the region.
Currently on Maternity Leave
