Supporter Care Lead

Full-time, Milton Keynes I £27,500 per annum

We are looking to appoint a Supporter Care Lead  to lead Scripture Union’s supporter care activity, ensuring that all communications with supporters, customers, volunteers and suppliers are courteous, customer-focussed and who will seek to deepen their involvement as ‘partners in mission’. Ideally, you will:

  • have a strong background in customer service and administration, encompassing incoming and outgoing communications by phone and digital media
  • have supervisory experience within a call centre environment
  • have good interpersonal skills and an understanding of what  makes for a positive impact on supporters and customers
  • be able to manage a busy and varied workload with multiple demands and to work to tight deadlines
  • have ability to organise and administer processes methodically and with attention to detail for processing customer orders
  • have good IT skills, be able to work with CRM databases and MS Office applications
