Schools Work Foundations is an online training and coaching programme that equips churches to engage secondary schools with confidence.

Bridging the gap between local church and local school
This new initiative responds to research into Christian engagement in secondary schools, bringing together the expertise of two trusted organisations with complementary approaches to schools' ministry.
Working together
Grace Foundation brings frontline experience from within secondary schools through the work of its embedded Ethos Teams. Scripture Union brings decades of experience equipping churches, delivering schools ministry and supporting Christians to engage with schools. Together, we help churches serve secondary schools with confidence.
Our Shared Mission
We believe schools flourish when churches serve with professionalism, humility and a distinctive Christian ethos.
Schools Work Foundations equips churches to engage secondary schools through three shared aims:
Developing character and values
Building healthy relationships
Helping students explore Christian perspectives
