New to volunteering?

Whatever you have to offer, there’s a place for you.

Volunteering with Scripture Union is a chance to use your time, skills and experience to help children and young people discover Jesus and grow in faith. There are lots of different ways to get involved, from working directly with children and young people to supporting events behind the scenes.

Here’s how it works

There are three simple steps to make sure your application reaches the right team.

1

Create or update your profile

New volunteers will need to create a My SU account. If you’ve volunteered before, make sure your existing details are up to date.

2

Choose an event

Find the holiday or event you’d like to volunteer at and choose the opportunity that’s right for you.

3

Complete your application

Complete and submit your application for that specific event so the team can begin processing it.

Creating or updating your profile does not apply you for an event. Make sure you complete all three steps.
