Applying for a grant is very simple! Simply start your booking for the holiday of your choice and tick the relevant box on the booking form to let us know that you would like to apply for a Holiday Fund grant. We will then send you a short grant application form where you can let us know why you need help and how much you would like to apply for. Each guest is required to pay the deposit for the event at the point of booking, grants are then available to cover the rest of the holiday cost. 

Holiday grants are available to support children and young people to access holidays and missions who otherwise would not be able to attend. They are made possible by the generous donations of supporters, many who have either attended or served on these events. As such we ask that, whilst grants are available for the total remaining balance of the event you apply for, you only request what you need to make it possible to attend the event. You can apply for a grant for each child you may have attending an event.

Grants are only available for one event a year per child and are not given to cover the costs of transport to an event.
