Thank you so much for giving up your time to share the good news of Jesus with children and young people this summer. Your gift towards the costs of running the holidays programme can help us to do more of this work.
Scripture Union currently uses £200,000 of gift donations to cover the costs of the holidays programme so your gift will help to make this possible. However we are keen to grow this ministry and so need to increase our gift income to support this.
A gift of £10 a month goes a long way to covering the direct costs (food and accommodation) on most holidays whilst a gift of £20 a month covers of all these and goes some way to meeting indirect costs such as insurance, publicity, training. If you are a UK tax payer then, with your permission, Scripture Union will be able to claim gift aid, which will increase the value of your gift.
