Order problems

My order hasn't arrived yet!

From time to time there may well be a delay with a delivery, if this does happen please do contact our customer service team so that we can trace your order, or send a replacement. 

Some of my order is damaged or faulty

We work hard to ensure that the items you receive are in top quality condition. However, despite our best efforts sometimes items are damaged in transit or have a fault as a result of the manufacturing process. 

If any items in your order damaged or faulty, please contact us by calling our customer services team on 01908 856006 or if you prefer to email [email protected]

We will be happy to replace the order for you and will provide a FREEPOST address to return the faulty items. 

Please note that in the event that the damaged / faulty item is replaced and the original does not arrive back with within a 14 day period we do reserve the right to charge you for the replacement item.

I have received duplicate or incorrect items

We work hard to ensure your order is correct. However, sometimes orders are incorrectly picked or inputted in error. If any items in your order duplicated or incorrect, please contact us by calling our customer services team on 0845 07 06 006  or if you prefer email [email protected]

We will be happy to investigate and correct your order and will provide a FREEPOST address to return any unrequired items.

Please note that in the event that the duplicated/ incorrect item is replaced and the original does not arrive back with within a 14 day period we do reserve the right to charge you for the replacement item.

I have received some but not all of my order

Normally all your items will be dispatched at the same time. However, in the case that an item is out of stock in our warehouse we will notify you by email. Once stock has arrived the remainder of your order will be despached.

There are also some items that will be required to send under separate cover, usually Print on Demand titles, and these will be noted on your despatch / order confirmation.

Electronic downloads, such as PDFs or eBooks will be sent via email, please check your inbox or spam folder (some spam folders are over cautious!)
