Will I receive an acknowledgement of my gift?
If you donate online you will receive an email to confirm receipt of your gift, if you have not received this then we can send you out new acknowledgement through the post.
If you donate by post or over the phone, we will send you a confirmation letter thank you for your donation, unless you have already told us you would prefer not to receive one.
If you requested your donation to be anonymous then we will not send a confirmation of your donation, unless you request otherwise.
Can I donate to Scripture Union International movements
Yes, Scripture Union International has their own website and postal address where you can send in your donations. To send a cheque, please make it payable to Scripture Union International and send in with a covering letter to:

Scripture Union England and Wales can receive donations for our sister movements abroad. We will ensure that money sent in to us is sent on to the relevant country. I am having issues with my JustGiving account / I cannot access my JustGiving Page. What shall I do?
As JustGiving are a separate organisation to Scripture Union please visit their help page for any technical help or questions about their platform.
I am not sure if my online donation has gone through - how can I check?

You should have received a thank you email from us confirming that your donation has been received. You should also have a confirmation email from Worldpay with a transaction ID you can use for tracking – note: there is sometimes a small delay in receiving this email.
If neither email appears in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder and if you have not received either email at all, then it’s highly likely that the donation has been accepted. You can check with your bank to confirm this and our Customer Services team will, of course, be more than willing to confirm this for you also.
