Plan Your Own Rooted Sessions leads you through the process of building your own sessions – by using material from the ten sessions that you missed out first time around, by approaching the same subjects from a different angle or by turning other pages of the Rooted Journal into sessions. Using the same format as the existing sessions, this resource leads you through the nuts and bolts of building your own sessions.
