The rooted Junior Hub cards and Rooted Hub cards help adults to start conversations with children and young people. Each pack contains 64 question cards that encourage conversations about life, culture, wellbeing, feelings and emotions.

The pandemic has been particularly hard on children and young people. Lockdowns have meant that they have been unable to meet with friends, go to school or enjoy the many activities that they normally would. Hub cards are a great way to open up conversation about how they are feeling and talk with adults and others to support their mental health. The cards can be used in various contexts including when meeting and gathering with children and young people online.
