2020 summer holidays and missions cancelled

Story type:

It is with heavy hearts and much prayer that we have made the hugely difficult decision to cancel this summer's holidays and mission programme.

We have been carefully monitoring the Coronavirus situation and had hoped until recently that it may have been possible to go ahead as planned. However, with such uncertainty around how things may change and develop over the coming months, and with the likelihood of social distancing restrictions being in place for some time, we now feel it unwise and unpractical to run these events. We know this will come as a real disappointment for many children, families and volunteers, as it has to us, and we ask you to join us in prayer for all those who will miss out this summer. We are currently exploring opportunities for recreating some of the holiday or mission experience online and we would value your prayers for that too.

If you have already booked a place for a child on a holiday, or you are a team member for a holiday or mission, we will be in touch very soon about your booking. It would be extremely helpful if you could wait for us to contact you but if you need to speak to someone sooner, please contact us.
