Festive is a national Christian organisation and ministry partner of Scripture Union. Our aim is to support and champion Christian work in Further Education (FE) and Sixth Forms, specifically working to support, train, resource and pray for Christian young people aged 16-18 in living out and sharing their faith at college/sixth form.
We are recruiting for an exciting new role to join us in our mission to FE, working across England, Wales and NI to pioneer and run regional training events, visit CUs, connect with churches and chaplains, and represent Festive at events across the country. The role also involves supporting the running of Festive’s existing student-support network, developing our online training, and participating in the day-to-day life and ministry of the charity.
As well as being a committed Christian with a passion to see young people reached with the gospel, the successful candidate will have significant experience in youth work and in delivering training to young people and adults. They will be a competent organiser and a self-starter, with good written skills and able to communicate well with staff, church leaders and charity supporters.
The job will require significant nationwide travel, with weekend, evening work and overnight stays.

Reports to: Operations Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Place of work: Home-based, with regular travel & some overnight stays
Contract: This role is funded for 3 years with a 6 month probationary period.
