My Faith

ENLARGE THE PLACE OF YOUR TENT, STRETCH YOUR TENT CURTAINS WIDE, DO NOT HOLD BACK.

Isaiah 54:2 (NIV)

A word from our National Director

DAVE NEWTON

This has been a year of stretching. Widening our reach.  Creating more space for children and young people to explore faith. Strengthening the way churches respond to the opportunities in front of them. Your partnership is helping  make space for this mission to grow, creating more opportunities for children and young people to explore the Bible, respond to Jesus and grow in faith.

My Faith

MISSION WHERE LIFE HAPPENS

Across beaches, sports pitches, schools, churches and community spaces, children and young people are encountering Jesus in ways that feel welcoming, relevant and real. These are often the places where questions begin – and where faith starts to feel personal.

Residentials and missions remain a vital part of this. This year also saw flexible models such as Mission in a Day, Faith Guide holidays and festival-based opportunities widen access and create more entry points for children and young people to explore faith.

These experiences included opportunities designed to widen participation for children and young people with additional needs and for those from fostering, kinship or adoptive families.

MISSION IN ACTION THIS YEAR

Every number represents children and young people hearing about Jesus through faithful churches, volunteers and communities across England and Wales.

⚽ MISSION THROUGH SPORT

Our sports work has grown, helping churches build relationships, create conversations about faith and provide consistent opportunities for children and young people to connect, explore, respond and grow.

LIVES CHANGED

Behind every number in this report is a story. Again and again this year, we heard of children and young people taking steps of faith – sometimes quietly and steadily, sometimes dramatically, but always through trusted relationships, repeated opportunities and the faithful witness of local Christians. This is what our supporters make possible: not just moments of activity, but real journeys of faith.

STORIES OF IMPACT

A young person came for the first time on their own… and asked how to become a Christian.

Children are wanting to discuss questions about God for longer, and writing beautiful prayers.

After a school RE workshop, a teacher told us one child said they now believe in God.

125

Young people equipped to lead through our Young Leader Development Scheme.

Jasper story

Story Snapshot

Teenager Jasper attended Amplify (The Young Evangelist’s Academy) , then launched an Alpha course at his school.

He expected a handful of friends. Instead, around 100 young people turned up , and 60 went on to follow Jesus.

He used our So, What Next? resource to help those new Christians take their next steps.
