Help children to think reflectively on life

The Rooted Junior Journal (which comes in packs of five) is designed to help children explore issues around identity, self-worth, wellbeing and keeping healthy. It is interactive, creative and reflective. The journal works well alongside the sessions outlined in the Rooted Junior Leaders’ Guide but is flexible enough to function as its own resource. It can be used by in Rooted Junior Hubs, in small groups or by children on their own.

Its creative, innovative pages are packed with activities and themes to help children explore issues that affect their lives. It is creative, reflective and fully interactive.
