Empower young people to reflect on their life

The Rooted Journal (which comes in packs of ten) is designed to help young people explore issues around identity, purpose, self-worth, wellbeing and healthy choices. It is interactive, creative and reflective. The journal works well alongside the sessions outlined in the Rooted Leader’s Guide but is flexible enough to function as its own resource. It can be used in small groups or by young people on their own.

Its creative, innovative pages provide space for young people to reflect on and process ideas around self-esteem, identity, wellbeing and priorities. It is intentionally slow and countercultural to promote self-reflection.
