Ten sessions exploring identity and wellbeing

The ten sessions included in this guide cover three key questions for young people: Who am I? Where am I? Who will I be? During the sessions, young people will explore ideas of identity, self-esteem, wellbeing and the future.

These sessions are ideal for use with young people who have been coming to a Rooted Hub and want to know more. You could use them to kick off a Rooted ministry. They can also be used in a school context, as a lunchtime group or with a specially selected group of young people.
