My hope is to see new opportunities for children and young people to respond to Jesus across the south of England. With a background in sport, schools and community events I long for churches and other partners to meet children and young people in those spaces.

My passion is for every child and young person from all backgrounds to be able to connect with Jesus. I really believe that in partnering together we can create more opportunities for children and young people in schools and communities to hear about Jesus and respond to him.

I'm based in Torbay and work with communities and churches across the South West, encouraging and equipping them to effectively share the good news with local children and young people.
Working with Faith Guides has been such a joy and I am constantly inspired by the passion, commitment and vision I see. The support that I offer is free for the churches who I have the privilege to serve and I am only able to do what I do thanks to generous donations.

Hi, I'm Jordan and I joined the South team in late 2024. I am really excited to be joining Scripture Union and looking forward to supporting churches in the South East with their mission to the 95.

My background is working with charities on projects designed to improve the welfare of children. I am passionate to see teams thrive in their work with children and young people by supporting and facilitating them. Above all, my passion is for children and young people to discover a personal relationship with Jesus, which ultimately transforms their lives and to see them fulfil the unique plan God has for them.
I am also a qualified Bulgarian translator and I enjoy translating Christian sermons and content.

We created the Revealing Jesus mission framework as a flexible framework that can be uniquely adapted to help make mission manageable for you and your church, whatever your context! With access to incredible resources as well as one-to-one support from your local Mission Enabler, we're here for the long-haul. We're ready to be there for you as you walk alongside the 95 in their faith journey.

Volunteer at an event in the south
Here at Scripture Union we love that we get to work with thousands of volunteers all over England and Wales!
If you're interested in volunteering at an event run by the South team, why not use the 'Get in touch' form first and introduce yourself?
You may have some questions that they'd be able to answer and then when you're ready, you can submit your application to be a SU volunteer!
