SU regional workers appeal

Can you help our regional workers share the good news?

Across England and Wales, our regional teams are working hard to develop exciting and relevant opportunities for children and young people to encounter Jesus. Can you give a gift and help them reach the next generation with the gospel?

It's difficult to sum up what our regional workers do as their work is so varied, but it's easy to describe the impact their ministry has! Through the support they're able to provide to those seeking to share the good news with un-churched young people, many children's lives have been changed. Children like Jake…

Jake was a typical boy living on an estate in Nottingham. He didn’t go to church or have any sense of God's love for him. But Jake had the opportunity to meet with Jesus through a club that was founded by one of our regional workers and, over the next year, he was able to grow in his new-found faith through other activities we were able to support. (read Jake's story in full here).

Jake's story is just one example of the impact our regional workers can have as they seek to develop and grow exciting new mission initiatives, working with their local churches. We have 23 regional workers covering the whole of England and Wales and they each have some really exciting plans for the year ahead.

Could you give a gift today to support our regional workers in their ministry and help more children like Jake come to know Jesus?

You can help our regional workers reach more children and young people

Can you make a donation so we can give children the opportunity to explore the Bible, respond to Jesus and grow in faith?

I'd like to donate as a church.

Girl in school

A gift of £5 could help an SU development worker to lead a Christian group in a school, helping up to 30 children and young people learn more about Jesus.

A gift of £22 could help to run a Guardians of Ancora club where children can engage with the Bible and explore their faith.

Sweaty Church

A gift of £45 could help an SU development worker support a team of volunteers as they host an event in their local church, reaching hundreds of children with the good news of Jesus.

Prayer is my life, I can’t think of a better thing to do than pray to God - Jake, aged 11

Our regional workers are working hard to find new and exciting ways to connect with young people, to provide opportunities for them to hear about Jesus (including residential events, sports clubs, beach activity days and school mission weeks).

All of our  workers have some exciting plans for the year ahead, and through your gifts and prayers, and by God's grace, young lives could be changed.
