Chloe’s story session outline

Chloe’s story invites young people to explore issues around self-esteem, self-worth and anxiety. This session outline lasts for around 60 minutes and is intended for use with those aged over 13. The session includes Chloe’s story in video form, along with Chloe’s song which provides an additional way to for young people to reflect on Chloe’s experiences.

We recommend using this session in a small group context where follow-up conversations are possible for any young people needing additional support.

Within the Chloe’s Story session outline you will find information on getting additional support around mental health and wellbeing as well as a list of key concepts to keep in mind when exploring these issues with young people. We strongly recommend that the session leader takes time to thoroughly read these pages before delivering this material.
